Imperial Airways 'Fly through Europe", 1935 by Scheurich

Original, 1935 Imperial Airways Poster, extremely rare,  depicting the modernity of flying, in contrast to sailing by showing a shocked maritime captain seeing an Imperial Airways Handley Page HP-42 aircraft flying overhead.  The contrast of old and new is exaggerated by the seq captain wearing historical clothing against the modernity of the aircraft.
